Liquor Licence

Fresh Beer Brew Co. sells alcohol under license number: 007/OFF/6134/2018 with expiry date: 11th of December 2019.

Age Restrictions

To ensure you maximize the convenience of online ordering please remember:

  • First-time customers to our website may be asked to provide proof of their age, either by sending a copy of their NZ Driver Licence, New Zealand or overseas Passport or HANZ 18+ Card to eden@freshbeer.co.nz. NO OTHER FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION WILL BE ACCEPTED AS PROOF OF AGE. First-time customers may receive a phone call or email from Fresh Beer Team to facilitate this process.
  • Alcohol purchases must be signed for by someone over the age of 18 on delivery. Our staff will insist on age verification if you look 25 years of age or younger, it’s a judgement call so please be flattered if they ask.
  • In NZ it is against the law to leave restricted goods such as alcohol unattended at an address. Please make sure that someone will be available to take delivery at the requested time because we will not leave on the doorstep!

Payment Options

Fresh Beer online provides easy and efficient payments options. Our payment option is as below:

  • Credit/Debit Card: We accept all major visa cards, MasterCard’s etc.

Order Information

We request information from the user on our order forms. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and contact information is used to get in touch with user.

Insurance

We ensure our products up to point where they are delivered to your address. We are not responsible for damage or theft to goods beyond this point.

Refund and Cancellation Conditions

Cancellation Policy

If your order has been paid for but hasn’t been dispatched from our shop, you can request for a refund and we will credit your refund in accordance to our refund policy.

Once your product has been dispatched then you will be charged for the delivery charges for up to 12 Bottles and refund will be processed once we receive the goods back in original conditions. You will be responsible for returning the goods and pay for the freight.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days. if 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packing. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 working days.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Out of stock item

On occasion we might run out of stock for the items which you might have purchased on our website and we might not be able to source that product/s, in that scenario you are entitled for a full refund of your payment. Fresh Beer Brew Co. will not provide any extra compensation or an expensive product to you for the unavailability of the stock. You however can use those funds to purchase any other product.

Shipping Conditions

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary from 2 to 5 working days.

Bulk order

We do not ship more than 12 bottles. We reserve the right to recover the freight cost from you. After your order has been placed if required, we will contact you with the additional fare cost to be paid by you i.e. customer. If you don’t agree to the extra freight cost, you are entitled to Full Refund.

Non-delivery

If the goods cannot be delivered for any reason, such as the customer failing or refusing to accept the goods, or the Recipient failing to produce adequate identification, the goods will be returned to the store that is the origin of the goods and held for the Customer to collect. The customer must, at the customer’s expense, collect the goods within one week of the attempted delivery.

Website Use Conditions

Newsletter

If a user subscribes to our newsletter, we ask for contact information such as name and email address. If at any time you should wish to unsubscribe, you will be provided with the opportunity to unsubscribe from the newsletter service by clicking “unsubscribe” link provided in the email itself.

Notification of Change

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Homepage, so our users are always aware of it.

Modification of Website

Fresh Beer Brew Co. may at any time, modify any of the material contained on this website, including these terms and conditions, without prior notice.

Typing/Human Errors

On some occasions there could be errors made by our staff while adding products to the website, if we notice any error, we notify the customers at the first instance we reserve the right to cancel the order and offer you a full refund.

We will not honor any incorrect prices happen due to human error, if you notice the price of any goods are substantially cheaper please email us @ eden@freshbeer.co.nz to confirm the price before placing the order.

Terms and Conditions Binding

The customer, by applying for permission to order goods via this website, or by placing an order via this website, represent that he/she has read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and those elsewhere on this website and agrees to be bound by them.
